Spinach Kale Celery

spinach, kale, celeryFor a good smoothie, you need a blender, groceries and three to five minutes of time. When it comes to this healthy drink, many people think that the secret is only in fruits as ingredients. But it’s the charm of the smoothie that you can “plant” many foods. Even those you do not like and hardly fit into a menu, like spinach kale celery.

Banana, milk, and nuts are the most common base of delicious creamy drinks. But there are three vegetables of which at least one is added every day in a smoothie. As apart from being a great part with flavor, it works great on your entire body.

SPINACH

Wash a handful of raw spinach well and chop it nicely. Make sure that the spinach is always well-washed before use to remove any harmful substances and sand and definitely cut the stems. The highest value of spinach is in the richness of mineral constituents and vitamins. Mineral substances from spinach are beneficial to our organism. For example, magnesium is essential for muscle and heart work, potassium stimulates the excretion of water from the body, thus facilitating kidney and heart function, lowers blood pressure, stimulates pancreas and digestion, and cleanses the body. The handful of Popeye’s vegetables has to be found in your shakes, and with its flavor, it fits easily with the fruit.

KALE

This vegetable is poor in calories – in 100 g it has only 50 kcal. But is extremely rich in minerals and vitamins. From these healthy plants,
children often run away, so you can “underlay them” in the form of smoothies. Carotenoids with which the Kale is abundant are powerful antioxidants that protect cells from the harmful effects of free radicals.

CELERY

We always neglect this plant in our diet plan. We are mainly using it in soups but give to celery a chance also in the smoothie. Celery is full of insoluble fibers that pass through the digestive tract and, cleaning body of toxins and waste like a broom. Celery has a strong taste and contains anti-inflammatory properties that can alleviate the symptoms of asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoporosis. With its strong taste may overwhelm your creamy beverage, but it’s still good with fruit, dairy products, and nuts.
