Vegan avocado mayonnaise
Avocado is one of the few “low carb” fruits. So those who eat according to LCHF rules or avoid carbohydrates, are often associating with avocados. But, maybe not this way! So how to make a vegan avocado mayonnaise?

1 ripe avocado
– Dip the ripe avocado and add salt, olive oil, onion slices, Cayenne pepper, and lemon juice.
– Mix in a blender until you get a glossy, silky texture.
– When you move it to a jar with a lid, add only a little olive oil to the top.
Use it in sandwiches, making vegan versions of staple condiments and sauces and salads. And you’ll be likely to begin making more homemade vegan salad dressings. Also, excellent with classic potato salad!
