Purple cabbage salad
It is considered to be the least caloric and in vitamins and minerals very rich brassicas. In cold days, it is especially good for your immune system. The easiest way to prepare it is to make a salad, so we’ll stick to it too. However, we will surprise you with choosing the other foods and the flavor that then generates.

- Grate the cabbage and put it in a bowl.
- Add orange juice, oil, mustard, honey, and spices, and mix with your hands.
- Insert both pomegranate and slices of orange and then serve them.
Feel free to add at the end juice of the squeezed lemon if you prefer more acidic salad. You can store it for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
