King of fruits

Recommendation for diabetics: Do not add mangoes in food more than once every three days. Eat fresh, cooked, baked, made of sauce. Vegan Mango ice cream – no sugar added
2-3 middle size mango
1 medium banana
180 g of soy or some other vegetable milk
a bit of salt
Peeled banana and mango slice up on bigger pieces.
Place them in a single layer in a large bowl and leave them uncovered in the freezer for at least four hours.
Put the frozen fruits in a blender and mix for about half a minute.
Slightly pour herbal milk and constantly mix.
Ice cream is ready when it gets a uniform creamy look.
You can use it immediately or put it in a suitable container, cover it with the original lid and freeze it. Consume it within a week.
