Energy booster drink
Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, which has incredible antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Ginger is a natural antioxidant, which is known to help digest and relieve nausea. Lemon naturally detoxifies and alkalizes in the body, supports bowel work and has plenty of vitamin C that boosts the immune system. Cayenne Pepper encourages circulation, boosts metabolism and relieves pain and may have an alkalizing effect in the body.

1 tablespoon of Curcuma powder
one teaspoon of grated ginger
1 teaspoon of maple syrup (if you want can be without)
Pinch of cayenne pepper
3 cups of filtered water
- Place in the small bowl turmeric, ginger, lemon juice, the crust of that same squeezed lemon,
maple syrup, cayenne pepper, and water.
- Put on fire and when it starts to heat up, reduce the fire and allow it to heat for 2-3 minutes,
never to boil.
- Take the filter and pour the drink into two cups and drink.
If you have residues, you can keep them in the fridge for 2-3 days. Also reheat slightly before re-consuming.
