– 2 small carrots
– 2 bananas
– 1 & 1/2 cup of almond milk (or water)

Orange and Kale delicious smoothie recipe

– 3 cups of Kale
– 2 oranges peeled
– 2 little bananas (1 big banana)
– 1&1/2 cup of coconut milk

Strawberry and Mango Delicious Smoothie Recipe

– 1 cup coconut milk
– 1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
– 5 large strawberries, hulled
– 1 mango, skinned and chunked

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
