Cocoa cake recipe

To enjoy fine pies and cakes you do not have to always light up the oven, it is enough to have a blender or food processor. These raw cocoa cakes are real proof of this fact.
2 ripe bananas
2 tablespoons of raw cocoa
100 g of dried plums
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
150 g + 50 g for spreading ground walnuts
1 tablespoon of coconut oil (in solid state)
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until you get a uniform blend.
2. Pour the mixture into a small mold of 20 cm diameter, sprinkle with grated or chopped nuts and leave for at least one hour in the refrigerator.
Aside from nuts, pour on the cake your favorite “final touch” – chocolate drops or coconut.
