Avocado super soup from blender
4 cucumbers (peeled and diced)
1 clove of garlic
3 dl of water
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 young onions
A few of mint leaves
In a blender, mix the cucumbers, avocado, garlic, lemon juice and water until you get the creamy texture.
Add the bits of sliced young onion and a few teared leaves of mint and then mix it all together in a blender again.
Spice, add lemon juice and keep it in the fridge.
