Turmeric tea is popular also:

1 cup of warm (not hot) water
¼ teaspoons of turmeric
juice of half of the lemon
pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
1/8 teaspoon of honey
a teaspoon of coconut oil

Preparation: After boiling the water, add turmeric, lemon juice, and honey, a teaspoon of coconut oil and stir well. Turmeric will sink to the bottom of the cup so that you continue to mix water while drinking and you will take the advantage of turmeric. Make sure you drink water while it is still warm.

The well-known recipe is the one of Dr. C. Anderson: Mix 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric with 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil. Add a larger pint of freshly ground black pepper. Mix these three ingredients in a cup. You can consume this mixture themselves, or add it to various dishes, soups, and salads. Just be careful that if you use them in cooked meals, do not over boil these ingredients, but add them in the end. If you consume them by themselves, mix them with little water.

Golden milk – turmeric recipes

Step 1 – Turmeric paste

ingredients:

     1/4 cups of powdered turmeric
     1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
     1/2 cups of filtered water

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in a small cooking bowl and stir well. Turn the temperature on medium and stir constantly until the mixture becomes a dense paste. It does not take long, so do not leave the stove. Allow the mixture to cool down and then hold it in a small jar in the fridge.

Step 2 – Golden Milk

ingredients:

     1 cup of almond milk (milk from hemp or coconut is also a good option, and Ayurveda also recommends cow’s milk, but only in case you can buy naturally domestic milk from a cow that is not violently treated)
     1 teaspoon of coconut oil
     1/4 teaspoons or more turmeric paste
     honey

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except honey in the cooking pot. Turn the fire on medium strength. While stirring, make sure to mix constantly and do not allow it to boil. Add honey as desired.

100 gr of honey

1 tablespoon turmeric

Procedure:

Add 100 gr of honey to 1 full spoon of lemon juice.

Consuming:

On the first cold symptoms:

1st day – every hour for half a teaspoon, all day long
Day 2 – every two hours by half a teaspoon
Day 3 – three times a day with by a teaspoon

The mixture must be sucked into the mouth until its complete dissolve.

Usually, after three days a cold passes and the body is recovering.

You should know

If you are taking any medication, consult your physician. Especially if you suffer from hemophilia and hypertension, because the turmeric dilutes blood and lowers the pressure, although, for the most part, this will be just a big plus.

But in addition to lowering pressure, turmeric can cause a drop in blood sugar levels. People who suffer from diabetes should also consult with their physician.

But, what is really dangerous – to consume turmeric if you have problems with a gallbladder and calcium deposits in it because turmeric causes gallbladder muscle contraction.
