Green tea tonic
What happens when we mix the green tea and spices that have proved to be very beneficial to health. You will get a tonic you will use whenever you want to refresh and energize your body and whenever you want to “flood” the body with nutrients. 1 bag of green tea or (1 teaspoon of bulk green tea)
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
2.5 dl of water heated to 80-90 degrees C
Preparation: Place spices and tea in a cup and pour hot water. Keep 2-4 minutes (depending on the tea) and stir the spices until completely dissolved.
