Flaxseeds, Omega 3 fat source

The recipe is:

Two tablespoons of cottage cheese to one tablespoon of oil. Do not mix more than you will consume, because you should consume it always fresh.
Example: Mix 4 tablespoons of cottage cheese to 2 tablespoons of flax oil, consume it twice a day, depending on the severity of your health condition. The oil and cottage cheese you must thoroughly mix at low speed until you achieve creamy with no standing oil mixture.
If you can’t stand the taste of oil, you can mix the cottage cheese and flaxseeds, but first, you have to grind the flaxseeds (not more than 5-6 seconds in a grinder) and it must not stay ground more than 15 minutes because it goes rancid.
