Chia seeds recipe
For the preparation of pudding or some other raw dessert, the fruit must be ripe. Especially bananas, they serve us as a sweetener. Because green and unripe bananas are not for food. So plan your shopping, to leave bananas to stay out in the heat for a few days. The most valuable ones are those with yellow dots appearing. mango – 1 piece
banana – 4 pieces
forest fruits – 2 tablespoons
Aronia – 1/2 cups
chia seeds – 6 tablespoons
orange juice – 2 oranges
powdered green stevia – 1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon – 1/2 teaspoons
We work layer by layer. First, we mix the forest fruit and 1 banana, the cinnamon. If it is not sweet enough, we can add half a teaspoon of green stevia powder. Add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to the mixture and pour them into the dishes we prepared. The second yellow layer is done in a way that you put in a blender, mangoes and 1 banana. Add juice of one orange. Mix all, we add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. Pour that into the mixture we have already made. And we add the third, top layer. We’re doing it with 2 bananas, half a cup of frozen Aronia berry, adding the juice of one orange. We pour it onto the previous layer. Let’s decorate it with the fruit as desired. Let the pudding stand for 15 to 20 minutes to hold the structure.
Pudding is ideal for feeding children. Because pudding is full of nutritive values and energy.
If you add milk, yogurt, white refined sugar or honey in the pudding, it will nullify all nutritional value. Only fermented fruit will remain, which is of no use. Because all energy and oxygen will disappear.
