Ginger is a spicy plant of healing properties that people have used since ancient times. The simplest way to use the beneficial effect of ginger active ingredients is in its culinary use. Its antioxidants are fairly thermostable and show protective action even after 30 minutes of cooking ginger in water.
However, given that long-term exposure to high temperature reduces the efficiency of ginger, it is recommended to add it to the meals at the end of the cooking. These data should certainly be an incentive for more frequent use of ginger in the kitchen.

The carrot is equally powerful. The carrot color indicates that it is rich in beta carotene followed by vitamin K, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B1, B2, B3, B6, folic acid, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, and molybdenum. It also abounds with valuable antioxidants – carotenoids, hydroxycinnamic acids, and anthocyanins. Regular consumption of beta carotene reduces the risk of glaucoma and cataracts, helps to preserve and improve vision and reduces shortsightedness – especially in children. Due to the abundance of fiber and pectin, it reduces elevated cholesterol and raises the level of good HDL cholesterol.

Together with ginger and avocado, this vegetable will be a soup that “rises from the dead” thanks to the blender.

Ingredients
1 avocado

2 medium carrots

1 tablespoon ginger (grated)

1/4 cup of almond milk

1 tsp of agave syrup

Pinch of pepper

A few drops of lemon

Water (to cover the ingredients)

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients in the blender and if it is too thick add some water.

Finally, you can add smaller pieces of cherry tomatoes or ordinary tomatoes, and a couple of drops of olive oil.
