The Red Tea Detox

Boost energy levels

Many people don’t connect autumn with the time of year to be swallowing down a delicious, cold smoothie and, yet, I can’t think of a better time. We go from the quieter time of the summer (at least for the kids) to having to balance basketball games, school, and many other fun things.
These smoothies come from an autumn detox to “nip the winter weight gain pattern.” They make good use of blood- and cell-detoxifying cruciferous veggies, anti-inflammatory fruits, and naturally detoxifying and warming spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. Include the healthy smoothie recipes into your daily routine to start the winter season on the right foot, or even try the full detox for a change-of-seasons health overhaul.

Having a fast go-to that provides us an energy boost is precisely what we need and a healthy smoothie would possibly just be the right stop. So get your blenders out because here are some great autumn and winter smoothie recipes to keep us all going:

More than juicing, more than blending, and more than chewing, nutrient extraction allows you to receive the highest degree of nutrition your food has to offer. -Cracks through fibrous stalks. -Bursts open seeds. -Rips apart pulp. -Shreds through the skin of fruits & vegetables.
