Apples, pears, figs, plums, berry fruits, and squash are an excellent addition to health potions that will enhance immunity and serve as a fit meal at each diet. We will introduce you here with some healthy autumn smoothies.

Here are some great recipes for delicious smoothies that will fill your apartment with wonderful smells.



Healthy Autumn smoothie

– 1/4 butternut
– 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon of autumn spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg)
– 1 teaspoon of maca powder
– 10 cubes of ice
– 1 banana
– 2 cups of almond milk

Green drink

– 1 and a half cup of kale
– 1/4 cup of cucumber
– 1 medium sized apple
– one peeled lime of medium size
– 1 cup of water

Orange potion

– One and a half cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
– 1 orange, no bark and pitted
– 1 cup of strawberry
a half cup of red pepper
half a cup of cooked sweet potato
half a cup of frozen cauliflower
– 1/4 cup tofu
– 1/4 cup almonds
– 2 teaspoons of thin orange peel
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/8 teaspoons of corn
– 1 tsp of maple syrup
– 2 cup ice cubes
– 1 dried apricot
– 1 tablespoon goji berry
– 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds

Pumpkin pie in the glass

– 3/4 cup of milk (if you want a vegan drink, use almond milk)
– a half cup of pumpkin puree (chilled)
– half a cup of Greek yogurt (also vanilla is OK)
– 2 tablespoons of maple syrup (optional)
– 3/4 teaspoonful of cinnamon, cloves or spices if desired

Carrot juice

– 3 tablespoons of raisins
– 1 cup of almond milk
– one cup of peeled and sliced carrots
– 1 frozen banana
– Half teaspoon vanilla extract
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
– 1 cup of spinach

Smoothie with pear and cinnamon

– 2 cups of sliced pears
– 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/8 teaspoon cloves
– 3/4 teaspoon ginger
– 1/4 cup of protein powder
– 3/4 cup milk or soy milk
– 1/4 cup banana crushed

Instructions: Cut the fruits (ingredients), put them in a blender, and mix until you get a soft smoothie without crumbs.
