2 cups sprouted beans (French and red lentils, green peas and chickpeas)
Ingredients for sauce:
3 Tbsp raw tahini
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp unprocessed coconut oil
½ lemon, juice of
¾ tsp grated ginger
1 pinch Celtic sea salt (optional)
½ tsp raw honey or raw agave syrup or 1 packet stevia
2½ Tbsp pure water
Hand mix all the ingredients for the sauce (if coconut oil is solid, heat it till it liquefies).
Mix the sauce with the thoroughly rinsed beans and serve.
