1.5 kg of grapes
Agave syrup as desired
- Clean each berry of grapes and place 2-3 cups in a blender with very little water (1/4 cup approximately).
- The dense juice you get, pour through the gauze into the bowl and repeat until you filtrate all the grapes.
- Put the bowl on a light fire and when the juice starts to warm, add agave syrup or honey.
- Leave the juice until boil, then get it off the fire and put it in the refrigerator in a glass bottle on cooling.
You can use the juice alone, dilute with a little water or freeze it in ice-cubes and always have a refreshing drink ready to use.
