Olive oil recipes

Hair mask

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 2-3 capsules of vitamin E

Preparation:

Place honey and olive oil in the glass bowl. Open the vitamin E capsules and add their contents to olive oil.

Mix all together until the mixture becomes smooth.

Apply the mixture with the brush evenly to the hair, paying special attention to the damaged parts.

Cover your hair with a shower cap or wrap it with a plastic foil so that the heat contributes to a better absorption of the beneficial ingredients.

Leave it to act for about 90 minutes, then rinse your mask with lukewarm water.

Then wash your hair in the usual way, whereby it is advisable to use a natural shampoo and regenerator.

Mask for all skin types

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • One tablespoon of milk
  • 1 ground cucumber

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients.

Apply the mask to the face and let it act for about 20 minutes.

Rinse with lukewarm water.

Mask for sensitive skin

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cucumber juice
  • ¼ banana

Preparation:

Squash the banana, add the other ingredients and mix it all together.

Apply the mask to the face and let it act for about 15 minutes.

Rinse with lukewarm water.

Mask for oily skin

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • One tablespoon of domestic milk
  • 1 tablespoon of oatmeal flakes
  • ¼ tablespoon of salt

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients.

Apply the mask to the face and let it act for about 15 minutes.

Rinse with lukewarm water.

Body scrub

Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of salt
  • Essential oil as desired

Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mixed until a smooth mixture is formed.

Apply peeling to your hands and rub well on all parts of the body, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
