CELERY

We always neglect this plant in our diet plan. We are mainly using it in soups but give to celery a chance also in the smoothie. Celery has a strong taste and contains anti-inflammatory properties that can alleviate the symptoms of asthma, rheumatoid arthritis, and osteoporosis. With its strong taste may overwhelm your creamy beverage, but it’s still good with fruit, dairy products, and nuts.
